General requirements

Our main goal is to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction. We would like to provide our customers with service of the highest quality. This means we only cooperate with the best writers that have the required mix of skills and discipline.

Please read the following rules very carefully and assess your own capabilities realistically; whether you are able to comply with those requirements or not.

1. Be responsible and realistic

Do not accept the order if you are not sure that you can do it well and in time.

"Well" means a score of at least 80% unless otherwise is specified by the client.

2. Avoid plagiarism

All papers that you write should be unique. We always run a check on the results of your work for plagiarism before submitting it to the customer.

3. Check the order requirements carefully

Feel free to ask for clarifications or for any missing information/materials via messages from your account or via email. Pay attention to the requirements indicated by the client and/or operator.

4. Double check your work before uploading it in our system

Check your grammar, spelling, format, references, and number of words / pages.

The work you deliver should be 100% ready for submission to the client.

We are not supposed to correct any mistakes, to adjust format, etc.

5. Respect the deadlines

Customers rely on us to provide the results in time. An order submitted after the deadline is the failed order. If you realize you are not able to finish the order in time after you started working on it, inform us immediately.

6. Respond ASAP

If you get a question from a client, respond ASAP. If you get an email or message from the operator – respond ASAP. If an operator calls you, it means it is urgent – pick up the phone. Make sure that you provided us a correct email address and phone number.

If you feel that you won’t be able to comply to the requirements above, please do not waste your time and ours. If you deliver work of bad quality and/or full of plagiarism or mistakes, you will not get paid. If you do not deliver the work before the deadline, you will not get paid. On top of that, your account will be blocked and you will not get any further orders. If you do not communicate properly with our operators or clients (don’t respond to the messages, don’t pick up the phone) we will also terminate our cooperation immediately.

If our customers are satisfied with the quality of your papers and you follow our rules strictly, you can count on long-term cooperation with us, you will get more orders, and as a result will earn more.

Clients can request a revision if some requirements are not accurately followed, or some corrections are needed. Also, revisions can be requested when a teacher checked the work and asked to correct it according to his comments.

Normally, the time for revision is 12-24 hours (for non-urgent orders), or the deadline can be specified by the client and followed by the writer.

If a client requests a revision because of some additional requirements or because he failed to indicate the initial requirements in full, these revisions are subject to extra payment. However, if it was obvious from the description, that a client failed to attach some information, it is the writer’s responsibility to ask for it (e.g., the description of the task says "see the requirements in File-10" and there is no File-10 attached).

If a client requests a revision because the work doesn’t meet initial requirements and/or contains mistakes, the writer is supposed to revise free of charge.

We strongly recommend you to follow the order instructions carefully, respect the deadlines, avoid plagiarism and respond to the messages from our support team and customers.

Otherwise, a fine and/or refund may be applied. Please see attachment 1 at the end of this document for more details.

If a writer has already been paid for the order with refund issues, this amount will be deducted from the subsequent monthly payment.

We inform the writer about a fine and check whether there is a reason to apply it. We don’t provide refunds to the customers if their claims are unreasonable.

Random quality check / proofreading

Once a writer has completed the order, the paper may be randomly examined by our proofreader. All the mistakes will be highlighted in different colors, and the proofread file will be sent to the writer via a message in the system.

The writer will be fined 1$ for every 3 mistakes on the page. After that, the order will be returned either for rework or for revision, and the writer should resubmit it within the set deadline.

If a writer is fined multiple times within one month, their account may be blocked temporarily or indefinitely.

If a client gets an excellent grade (A+, A, A-) for a paper or exam, the writer will be rewarded with 20% bonus for the respective order(s). Bonuses are applicable for all order types except Editing.

If you are a new writer, we will make the payment for your first order within 5 days, provided that it complies to the limits for payment methods listed below. Further on, the payouts for the completed orders will be effected twice a month:

  • Orders completed between the 1st and 15th of each month are paid on the 24-th of the same month.
  • Orders completed between the 16th and 31st of each month are paid on the 8-th of the following month.

Please note, that those are the dates, when we send out the payments on our side.

It might take 2-3 working days for the transfer to reach your account (eg. with Payoneer).

Available payment methods:

  • Payoneer: possible only via payment request from you to us. Payoneer has some limit on minimum amount for payment request (normally 30$);
  • Paypal: for payouts over 40$. If your amount is less than 40$, you can choose another payment method, or wait to accumulate a bigger amount;
